Pricing

$699 per class. That’s the whole number. Our $349 and the USPTO’s $350, itemized. If your mark can’t register, the fee rolls to your next one, which is in the refund policy. If your goods need custom wording, the USPTO charges $200 more per class, and we quote that before we file.

$699per mark, per class, to file

That is our $349 attorney fee plus the USPTO’s $350 filing fee, collected as one payment and itemized on your receipt. It covers getting the application filed. Steps that may come later, like proving use or answering a refusal, are priced on the fee schedule so you can see them before you ever owe them.
