Talk to an attorney

StrongTrademarks is the firm’s flat-fee, self-service lane. Some matters don’t belong in it. If yours is one of them (or you’d simply rather work with an attorney from the start), the firm takes traditional engagements every day.

When self-service is the wrong tool

  • You’ve already received a cease-and-desist letter about your mark, or you’re aware of a similar mark in your space.
  • Your mark is descriptive, geographic, or includes a surname. These face uphill registration battles and need careful framing.
  • You operate in multiple countries and need a coordinated filing strategy (Madrid Protocol, foreign filings).
  • You’re acquiring an existing mark or splitting one between entities.
  • You want a full clearance search (not the basic knock-out check included in our flat fee).
  • The mark is core to your business and you want hands-on counsel for the entire prosecution, including any office actions or oppositions.

Request a consultation

Send us a short note describing your mark and your situation. We’ll reply within three business days to schedule a call, sooner if there’s a deadline. Or skip the back-and-forth and book a time directly:

A 30-minute first consultation is $125, earned when paid. If you hire us, we credit the full $125 on your first invoice. If we can’t hold your consultation, we’ll refund it. If it isn’t completed for any reason, you may be entitled to a refund of all or part of the fee.

You can switch to a full consultation at any time, even mid-application. If the matter is big enough that switching makes sense, your flat fee is credited toward the consultation.
